Hi everyone! I thought I'd get back to the original purpose of this blog! I would love to share the joy of essential oils with you! I am an affiliate for Spark Naturals but I am also a member of DoTerra. I love both of these companies...however Spark is cheaper. But DoTerra has a few different blends from Spark. So I shop both!
One blend that I diffuse at night that makes me feel peaceful is a concoction that I made up!
Fill diffuser up with water.
Add 3 drops of Peppermint
Add 3 drops of Shield (Spark Naturals)
Add 3 drops of Lavender
This blend does 3 things:
Peppermint...just smells good!
Shield...Gets rid of germs in the room!
Lavender....promotes good sleep!
